Justyna Niebieszczańska
A communications specialist with extensive experience as a European Sales Area Manager, she brings a deep passion for authenticity and integrity.
Her unique expertise stems from a broad and comprehensive background in classical and English philology, social communication, and public relations. Coupled with her experience as an Area Sales Manager for European markets within global corporations, she possesses a rare blend of academic knowledge and practical business acumen.
Having achieved considerable success in her corporate career, she made a conscious decision to scale back her business commitments to focus on teaching, pro bono initiatives, and writing. She is also a co-author of several books, including a business guide for women entrepreneurs. Her latest work, scheduled for release at the end of 2024, explores the philosophy of slow living.
As a Business English lecturer and tutor, she specializes in professional business writing and nonverbal communication/negotiation strategies.
She has delivered lectures and workshops at postgraduate levels on topics such as Neuroscience, Public Relations, Communication Strategies, and Negotiations. A firm believer in the power of Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication (NVC), she teaches how to apply these principles in business, empowering others to stay ahead of the curve.
Since 2015, she has been leading creative writing workshops based on her proprietary methodology. She guides individuals on using writing as a tool for self-reflection and personal growth. Among her many workshops and courses, some stand out for their uniqueness—like a course on writing haiku, the traditional Japanese form of poetry, to cultivate mindfulness.
Her students highly value her for sharing practical, actionable insights and for her remarkable ability to open both hearts and minds, enabling them to develop innovative strategies for both business and personal challenges.
A passionate advocate of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), she is also an ardent dog lover. Currently, she is studying to become a fully certified dog behaviorist, driven by her desire to better understand her beloved Labrador.
